Shipping times may deviate in the holiday seasons due to high demand on our website & on the carriers.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Estimated delivery times are outlined above. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
Please note: These deadlines are recommended to ensure timely delivery. While we’re proud to deliver 99% of orders on time when placed before the deadline, unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays or supply chain issues may occasionally cause delays. By placing an order, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that no claims can be made for missed deadlines. We encourage early ordering to ensure your gift arrives on time.
Import Tax
Please note that our delivery charge excludes any import charges which may be due prior to delivery. The amount due will depend on the country, the product and the value of your order.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for US & EU orders and 21 business days for international orders. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by couriers. Although orders normally take much less time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Please contact us for assistance and customer support.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you shall be responsible for all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. We shall not be responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
International Delivery Restriction
We do not currently deliver to Afghanistan, Angola, Belarus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
