Returns

Looking to return a damaged order? We are here to help! We offer free returns of damaged items within 30 days of purchase. You can return a damaged order for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.​

Complete the following steps to start a return:​​​

  • Step 1: Complete the return request form within 30 days of purchase.

  • Step 2: Upload clear images that clearly show the damaged areas of the artwork(s). 

  • Step 3: Once your return is approved, we'll arrange collection from the address you provided/ask you to send the item to the return address we provide.

  • Step 4: After we receive the returned artwork(s) and inspect them to verify the reported damage, we'll process your store credit or refund within 3 business days.

Note these exceptions to our return and refund policy:​

  • All items that arrive in good condition are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns and refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.​​​​​​​​​​​​
